About 66 million people all over the world speak Italian
Italian is the official language in countries such as: Switzerland, the Vatican City, San Marino and of course Italy. Around 30 to 58 million people speak standard Italian and the rest of the Italians speak a specific dialect. It means that the Italian language is not always equally understandable for every Italian speaker. Of course we take this issue into consideration during translation processes.
